Named after his late mother, Dr. Donda West, the venture is going to be dedicated to producing projects and products that, as Yeezy describes, will marry emotional wants with utilitarian needs. And he's not looking to tackle it alone. As The National Jazz Museum of Harlem (New York City) prepares for an upheaval (new location and administration restructuring) the institution is currently seeking an Executive Director:

Specific responsibilities include: financial management, fundraising, communications, contractual processing and logistics, budget development and oversight, operations oversight, and board relations.

Qualifications include: BA degree from an accredited school, 10 years of senior management in non-profit organizations, strong fiscal skills and experience with budgets over $1M, computer literacy, excellent oral and written communication skills, experience in team building and motivating, knowledge of the arts, cultural and funding communities, strong commitment to the museum's mission.
