WHAT THE FUTURE SOUNDED LIKE

WTFSL

What The Future Sounded Like is a documentary about the inception of electronic sound in 1960's Post-war Britain. Out of the ashes of two world wars and its military technology leftovers a group of like-minded pioneers named Peter Zinovieff, Tristram Cary and David Cockerell converged to create Electornic Music Studios (EMS). The place would forever change the face of music and sound as we know it. Play close attention as the story details the creation of the VCS3 synthesizer and its implementation by experimental music acts such as Pink Floyd, Kraftwerk and Roxy Music. A must-watch for music nerds like us!
