LYTRO LIVING PICTURES
Introducing the Lytro Light Field Camera, the world's first camera to capture living pictures, technically. The revolutionary device works by recording the amount of light traveling in every direction through every point in space, also known as the "light field," something that conventional cameras cannot capture. All of that information is then processed by sophisticated software and converted into a "living" picture that can have its focus and field of depth adjusted afterwards. We checked out Lytro's site, and if the technology is anything like the samples available on there, the photo industry is in for quite the stir!
