GRAFFITI REISSUED

GRAFFITI REISSUED

A New York City-based graffiti collective by the name of "Slavery" has recently embarked a two-fold history lesson. The crew specializes in recreating the work of famous pieces from the 1980's and reinterprets them with an educational twist. "Blade" turns into Plato, "Dondi" into Ghandi, and "Hand of Doom" turns in Joan Of Arc, all in an effort to have world history reach inner city youth via what they've dubbed, The Subway Art History Project.
