THIS AIN’T NO CANADIAN BACON!
Carnivores rejoice as Toronto, Canada expands its scene for purveyors of fine, cured meats. Two restaurants leading the local charge are The Black Hoof and Marben. The Hoof (as it’s more commonly known) offers customers delights like tongue on brioche, sweetbreads, and even bone-marrow as a side dish. Marben, a farmhouse restaurant, prides itself on using all but 1% of the cow to make all it’s great meat dishes. Vegetarians need not apply!
