Once again, the indispensable New York Times ran a super awesome and funny article on the creations of well-known and established chefs who work under the influence of marijuana. The article is currently in the top 10 of most emailed articles on the NY Times website. Check out this quote from chef, writer, and TV personality Anthony Bourdain, “these are restaurants created specially for the tastes of the slightly stoned, slightly drunk chef after work.” Some of the culinary creations described made me want to toke up just to try some of these amazing concoctions such as “Mr. Shook’s version of the French-Canadian dish poutine, built from Cheddar cheese and French fries covered in oxtail gravy.”
