SEVENTEEN MAGAZINE IS LOOKING FOR AN INTEGRATED/ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
Seventeen_2Will work directly with Hearst Digital on integrated programs (online and mobile), developing new/innovative online and mobile program ideas that can be leveraged into marketing programs (minimum of 1 year direct online experience required) Writes revenue-based added value proposals and integrated programs Liaisons with Editorial on web features/sections and ways to wrap marketing programs around them for appropriate advertisers Captains execution of high-visibility programs Coordinates execution and fulfillment of multiple revenue-based client programs, working with client, sales staff, Hearst Digital, etc., within or under
budget Coordinates advertorials and photo shoots; writes advertorial copy as needed Services day-to-day requests of Sales staff/management (e.g., client history, program recaps, idea revisions, photo/documentation books, etc.) Attends sales calls to present added value programs and ideas Develops
ideas for new integrated programs/partnerships, including developing relationships, budgeting, writing sell sheets, etc. Coordinates Seventeen.com newsletter promotional links

REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to Creative Services Directors

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• 2-4 years of related experience (minimum of 1 year of online experience required)
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word (knowledge of InDesign, Quark,
• Photoshop, Illustrator and Web design and budgeting for the Internet a plus
• Strong understanding of the Internet
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral presentations
• Must work well under time pressures; be organized and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously; work well with a diverse group of personalities and work-styles
