Brand Ambassador Job Description
· Establish relationships with key on- and off-premise tequila accounts in the Hispanic market
· In off-premise targeted key accounts, conduct Brand demos to introduce the Diageo tequilas to consumers and train select Brand Ambassadors to achieve higher reach and frequency
· In key on-premise accounts achieve targeted goals of new distribution for Diageo tequilas and build relationships with key influential bartenders
· Sell-in and monitor success of on premise promotions/activities for Jose Cuervo and Don Julio
· Work closely with the distributor sales force until final product placement is completed
· Identify promotion opportunities to grow volume based on account needs
· Communicate and work with Event Managers (USC) to ensure proper implementation
· Follow up with on-premise account after each event as to their needs for post-promotion product reorder
· Solicit feedback from the account regarding the quality and effectiveness of the event; communicate this information to the Event Manager via event report forms.
· Brand Ambassador is expected to familiarize him/herself with all brands and competitive on-premise promotions and their components.
· Maintain updated target account list for new placement

· Professional, educated person with 2-3 years strong sales experience
· Fluent in Spanish with a good understanding of the Hispanic tequila market
· Possess ability to comfortably work within bars and clubs
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong presentation skills
· Good budget management ability
